Alone

I’m all alone in this dark abyss.
Everyone has left me,
Will you do the same?
Would you leave me out in the cold?

Friends who never cared,
Had just moved on.
Never bothering to look back,
To see the broken girl they left behind.

How to stay strong is
Always on my mind.
How to not show people how
Broken and useless I actually am.

But now it is hard to
keep acting like everything is okay.
Because it isn't and honestly,
It never will be.
